Leather Care

Made to wear, made to evolve. Your leather piece will develop its own character over time. A little care helps keep it at its best.

Everyday care

  • Keep leather away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
  • Avoid excessive contact with water, oils, perfume, cosmetics and abrasive products, which can cause permanent marks.
  • Gently remove dust with a soft cloth or soft-bristled brush.

If your leather gets wet

Dab away excess moisture with a soft cloth, then allow your garment to dry naturally at room temperature. Never force-dry it with heat.

Cleaning marks and stains

Follow the care instructions supplied with your garment. For suitable finishes, fresh surface marks may be wiped gently with a soft, damp cloth. Never rub a stubborn stain vigorously. Seek advice from a professional leather cleaner for persistent marks or if you are unsure how to treat your piece.

Storing your leather

Store in a cool, dark, well-ventilated place. Avoid humid conditions and plastic covers.

Natural character

Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, tone and markings are part of its individual character, and its look and feel will evolve with wear.
