Orders placed during the holiday period may be delayed due to bank holidays and limited number of staff processing shipments. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.



Shipping & Returns


- Orders will be dispatched within 5-10 working days after placing your order.

- You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order has been dispatched.

- Tracking numbers will be provided, upon request, via email or through the message portal.

- We cannot ship orders to PO box addresses, or isolated terrain.

The cost of our UK Standard Delivery is £5, with a delivery time of 2-5 business days.

The cost of our International Delivery is £15, with a delivery time of 4-7 business days.


- Any UK or worldwide orders over £150 are automatically eligible for free delivery.

- Simply select this delivery option at the checkout stage. 


Please note that recipients outside the UK will be responsible for any import duties, clearance and/or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on delivered duty unpaid basis. This is managed by our courier on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer may be contacted by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. Unfortunately, due to customs restrictions, we are not able to deliver within the Russian Federation.


We offer refunds or exchanges on any items (except underwear*) returned within 30 days of delivery, providing they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold and in their original packaging. Any items returned after 30 days of delivery may be refused and returned back to you. Also, any returns sent back without any reference to the order number or customer details will not be processed. Exchanges are offered on sizes or colours of the same item, as well as items of the same value as displayed online. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style that is more or less value, you will be issued a credit note or refund, and will need to place a new order online. We aim to process returns & exchanges within 3 weeks of receipt of returned items. However, please note that during very busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, processing may take longer. If you need to return any item(s), please fill out the returns form enclosed with your order, stating the styles, reasons for return and preferred outcome, and return to our head office address. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

*Please note that due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned.

Internet returns & exchanges are accepted in store if brought in within 14 days of receipt. You will be required to bring in your invoice & completed returns form in order to process the return request. Please note refunds will not be issued immediately, as the request will be passed to our Head Office for processing.
