SHIPPING & RETURNS

GENERAL 

- Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after placing your order.

- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as the order has been dispatched.

- We cannot ship orders to PO box addresses, or isolated terrain.

The cost of our UK Standard Delivery is £5, with a delivery time of 2-5 business days.

The cost of our International Delivery is £20 for most countries, with a delivery time of 4-7 business days.

If you have placed an order within the UK, you must notify us within 7 days of despatch if you item has not arrived.

If you have placed an order from outside the UK, you must notify us within 14 days of despatch if your item hasn't arrived. 

FREE SHIPPING

- Any UK orders over £100 and international orders over £150 are automatically eligible for free delivery.

CUSTOMS & DUTY

Please note that recipients outside the UK will be responsible for any import duties, clearance and/or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on delivered duty unpaid basis. This is managed by our courier on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather conditions. The customer may be contacted by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend to contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. Unfortunately, due to customs restrictions, we are not able to deliver to the Russian Federation.

RETURN POLICY

We offer refunds or exchanges on any items (excluding underwear) returned within 30 days of delivery, providing they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold and in their original packaging. Any items returned after 30 days of delivery may be refused and returned back to you. Also, any returns sent back without any reference to the order number or customer details will not be processed. Exchanges are only offered on other sizes of the same style.  We aim to process returns & exchanges within 3 weeks of receipt of the returned items. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, processing may take longer.

  • For international Returns, Download the return form here. Please include your order number within the package. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
