1.0 General Shipping Information

The cost of our UK Standard Delivery is £4.95.
All our UK shipments are made via City Link.
Deliveries will be made within 1-2 working days after placing your order.
3.0 European Shipping
The cost of our European Standard Delivery is £12.95.
European shipments are made via UPS & Royal Mail.
Deliveries will be made within 2-6 working days after placing your order.
*Deliveries to Greece will only be made to the mainland.
4.0 International Shipping Method
The cost of our International Delivery is £19.95.
International Shipments are made via UPS & Parcel Force.
Deliveries will be made within 2-10 working days but can sometimes be delayed in customs.
*Deliveries to Russia will only be made to Moscow & St. Petersburg.
5.0 Customs & Duties
Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance and/or brokerage fees including any other additional charges.
We operate on delivered duty unpaid basis. This is managed by UPS & Parcel Force on a 'pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer may be contacted by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Internet Returns
We offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on any items returned within 14 days of delivery, providing they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold & in their original packaging.
Any items returned after 14 days of delivery will be refused and returned back to you.
We aim to process returns & exchanges within 2-5 working days of receipt. However, please note that during very busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, processing may take longer.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 0207 502 5502 for a return authorization number (RAN). Any returned items should be accompanied by a completed returns form. If you have lost your returns form, please email info@bolongarotrevor.com to request a new one. Your unique RAN should always appear on the outside of your returned parcel.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
